Kathy was born and raised in Mississippi.  She moved from Mississippi to Houston, TX and then from there to Utah and Wyoming.  She has made the full circle, proving that you can come home again ... now residing back in Mississippi.

She is married to Charles and has three grown children and six grandchildren ... her children live in Texas, Colorado and New Mexico.

Kathy has been writing most of her life, as a catharsis for depression and confusion.  Her poetry and her short stories were a way of dealing with life ... creating fiction out of non-fiction.
